Ok, so i was digging around my computer, facebook, and anywhere else photos might hide, and i found some amusing ones of me from the last year or so. enjoy (or cry).




Bike crash at 35mph a few weeks back. A huge thanks to specialized for keeping my head safe, that would have been ugly without the helmet.


Out of the swim in first place. I went on to win by over 6 minutes.


I shot the entire weekend at the Philadelphia triathlon dressed like this, classy right?! (that is Art Reid, one of my athletes).
