Athlete update.

My training racing has been going alright (ok the race today was horrible, but through no fault of my own for once, got kicked in the face and had my goggles shatter, a chain come off, and then a crash right in front of my ending the day).

Training is going well, and my run is still improving.

OK, moving on to the real part of this post. One of my athletes, Christiana Glenn, raced at the Boulder 70.3 and placed 2nd in her age group (W18-24), and qualified for the clearwater Half Ironman world championships.

Last weekend she raced at the Outdoor Divas triathlon in boulder and placed 3rd.
This weekend she raced again and placed 3rd in the elite women's race at the Cranberry Lake Olympic triathlon in MA.

Art is working up to his first full Ironman in Madison, WI in a few weeks.
